Search of Ten Outstanding BHW in Caloocan City

The first ever recognition given to the Barangay Health Workers of Caloocan City was launched by KASECA in cooperation with the Caloocan Health Department and Federation of Barangay Health Workers. It is the Search of Ten Outstanding Barangay Health Workers in Caloocan City. The search aims to recognized the outstanding performance and volunteerism of Barangay Health Workers, to promote the quality of care provided by them, and to encouraged more volunteers of barangay health services. The advocates believe that with this recognition, more BHWs in Caloocan City will be inspired to perform better in providing support and assistance to the Caloocan Health Department and the people of Caloocan City. The Committee Chair on Health, Coun. Suzana Punzalan, commit to draft a resolution for the annual conduct of the search for outstanding BHW.
